выяснилось что dcdc2 1.1В сразу после подачи питания так что вариант с fat выглядит лучше всего.

сделал проще - если не может найти имидж на fs переходит на секторную загрузку, сейчас работает загрузка основного убута если удерживать "c" при загрузке

Чтобы включить режим falcon - прямой загрузки ядра из SPL, сейчас достаточно

1) скопировать патч u-boot-2022.04-sk-spl-fat.patch

в директорию buildroot-2022.08.8-sk-a40i/boot/uboot
и удалить собранные исходники убута если он уже собран
rm -r output/build/uboot-custom

2) дописать в конфиге ядра параметры загрузки

make linux-menuconfig

(console=ttyS0,115200 root=/dev/mmcblk2p2 rootwait mem=512M ) Default kernel command string

mem=512M - объём DRAM который показывает ваш убут в логе

одуреть. я завёл тему и ушёл доделывать другое, а за меня все сделали
сегодня попробую у себя, есть вопрос как это будет заводиться в -30, как раз у нас за окном погода соответствующая несколько дней будет...

тут надо буквально понимать "в последнюю очередь" - сначала надо использовать эфективные методы типа отключение в ядре ненужных подсистем и драйверов и понижение loglevel - они секунды сокращают по сравнению с фалконом 0.2 сек.
Ничего не мешает конечно сразу положить патч к убуту - на старт в мороз или жару это если и повлияет то только косвенно - инит памяти тот же остается.
