Не прошиваются некоторые модули imx6s

Досталась в наследство из других проектов несколько модулей imx6s. Прошиваются в MfgTool без сообщений об ошибках. Но по факту там остаётся то же самое что было до прошивки. Не понятно модули залочены на запись или что-то погорело?

Попробуйте создать файл или скопировать из одного места в другое существующий и перезагрузиться. Если файл после перезагрузки сохранится - понятно будет что дело не в emmc, если конечно файловая система не в ram и не в режиме только чтение.

удалось войти в командную строку при прошивке как
SK-iMX6-SODIMM_safe login: root

сделал на всякий
#mount /dev/mmcblk0p1 -o remount,rw
скопировал файл в /
При перезагрузке файл не сохранился.

/dev/mmcblk0p1 это наверное emmc, а не ram.

т.е. emmc погорело?

Странно, почему вопрос к нам а не к предыдущему владельцу ...
Еслиб emmc "погорела" - тогда и не грузилось бы.
Возможно включен режим аппаратной защиты от записи в emmc - как отключить (и можно ли вообще), не знаю.

В buildroot есть mmc-utils

Оказывается нужно было прописывать в ucl2.xml arm-sdtool :

рабочий бинарник arm-sdtool, где-то достал, всё прошивается. Но что это за пакет такой особо не гуглится...
