может в новой ревизии есть нюансы, но врядли, скорей что-то не так в разводке нанды или CS не тот дергается. Были еще какие-то нюансы с емкими SLC - надо смотреть размер OOB, кажется даже на этом форуме кто-то уже задавал аналогичный вопрос - поищите через google, но сами чипы все равно определялись - только загрузиться вроде нне могли с них.

нашли мы причину - на флешку земля не была заведена. совсем. доработали плату - NAND увидели:

но теперь не грузится с нее. скрипт system_prepare_imx6q - выполняется. при подаче питания - CS NAND дергается несколько раз. в консоль ничего не выводится.
если через MFG tool загрузить u-boot.bin (не u-boot_mfg.bin) - то юбут грузится, ядро с NAND считывается, линукс запускается.

и еще, если я правильно понял, то из 8 ГБ флешки юбут видит только 4 ГБ так как так организована сама флешка - у нее 2 чипселекта - 2 кристалла у нее внутри вроде.

u-boot обновил. перемычки выбора места загрузки снял. usb провод отключил.
и ничего не происходит. подключаю usb провод и плата загружается через MFG tool. все разделы на NAND видны в процессе загрузки.

решил проблему установкой джампера J8 на цепь EIM_DA5 - загрузка пошла!
